How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Production times can vary, but typically, our prints take about 10-14 business days to create, frame, ship, and arrive at your door. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
What is your return policy?
- Each piece from Middles is crafted specifically for you, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. That said, we are committed to ensuring that you are delighted with your purchase, and will work with you to resolve any concerns.
- If your print arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us at hello@middlescreative.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement free of charge.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us right away after placing it. While changes can sometimes be made during the early stages of production, we can only guarantee modifications within 15 minutes of your order confirmation. We’ll keep you updated on the status of your request.

Do you take custom requests?
We do offer custom print services on a limited basis. If you’re interested in creating a custom piece, please reach out here for more details and pricing.
Can I clean my metal print?
Yes! To maintain the pristine condition of your Metal Print, clean it every few months with a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with non-ammonia based cleaner or water. Avoid ammonia, abrasives, or corrosive cleaning agents.
How do I apply to be a Middles Photographer?
- We’re always on the lookout for fresh and captivating perspectives to add to our gallery. If you're an adventure photographer and think your work would be a fit for our collection, please fill out the form on this page.
- Due to the high volume of talented submissions we receive, we can't respond to everyone individually. However, we carefully review every portfolio and will reach out if your work aligns with our upcoming collections. We appreciate your interest in Middles.
In what type of light should I display my Metal Print?
Metal Prints look their best under high-quality lighting such as halogen, bright white incandescent, or full-spectrum LED bulbs with a high Color Rendering Index (CRI). While indirect natural daylight can also be effective, it should be just that—indirect—to avoid fading. We recommend using light sources with a CRI of 90 or higher to ensure your print is seen in the best light.
